 Art Is My Blood And Crafting My Life Breath

I was a child consumed by colors, art supplies, and creativity. When I saw fat pots of paint and birch wood easels in that Illinois kindergarten, I was euphoric. My teacher told us to sit down but I tried to get back to those easels. I couldn't focus on anything else.

I've become a self-taught artist, writer, crafter, amateur photographer and designer. I grew up tracing and coloring Barbie fashion drawings. Because of Girl Scouts, jr high art and sr high home ec classes, I learned to bake and decorate cakes and cookies from scratch and sew using patterns. I've had poetry and articles published and I've self-published booklets. I've also discovered 4 generations of creativity in my family history.

I am an artistic crafter and a crafty artist. My home work space is Artsy Craftery Design Studio. Some of my brands have included EmbellishMart, Paper Nirvana, Bead Tonic and Exquisite Little Tags.

My main brand now and also my shop is Printaphoria printables and digitals. I create designs by hand through painting techniques, mixed media and altered art, using a wide array of media and supplies. I then scan the artwork into my computer for use in my digital products. I also create graphic designs that originate digitally.  

I have been writing various types of non-fiction for 30+ years. I love writing poetry and have recently come to love Haiku. You will see some of my creative writing in some of my products.
